People talk about “having it all” like it’s a destination.
Like it’s something you reach and then everything just… fits.
The job.
The partner.
The house with the quiet street and big windows.
The bank balance that doesn’t blink when the unexpected shows up.
But I don’t think “having it all” is about having.
I think it’s about choosing.
Choosing the pieces that actually matter to you — not the ones people say you’re supposed to want.
Maybe “all” isn’t everything. Maybe it’s just enough, arranged the right way.
Because the more I try to chase it all, the more pieces I drop.
And the more I simplify, the more I feel like I’m actually here.
So no — I don’t think “having it all” is attainable.
Not all at once. Not all the time.
But building a life that feels like enough?
That’s something I’ll always believe in.
